Colour forecasting.
Below are boards built to show where I see colour heading in 2022. This work was pitched to adidas Creative Direction in January of 2020.
Pastel tinted white.
having moved into more off white than true white in 2021 it would be nice to bring back some of the tinted whites we previously used and evolve them for ‘22. reference white tint, ecru tint
Chalky tone brights.
dna red and blue are only selling to dsg in FW seasons. would love to explore off tone shades in Q1/Q2 and help bring newness to DNA colours. will help bridge the ask for brights (neons) and achievability issues
Key Shade: Aqua/Aquamarine.
more of a blue green than a traditional mint shade. almost a neon (i know never achievable!)
good pairing for cobalt blue, black and white
